This is much easier than it looks, really! Kim Score of http://www.paperpunchaddiction.com/ did a fabulous tutorial on this Pop-Up Stage technique on her blog. You can find it HERE!
I didn't think this would fit in an envelope, but as you can see it really does lay quite flat, and I had no problem fitting into a standard card envelope.
