Merry Monday 2010 #4

Aghhhh! I just realized my Merry Monday post (which was scheduled to auto-post on, umm, Monday) didn't publish like I had scheduled!  My apologies! Please just pretend today is Monday and read on...

Merry Monday!
I can't believe how fast Christmas is approaching! I'm so behind this year...haven't even started gift shopping yet.  Well, my cards get mailed out today, so I can at least cross that off of my list.

Just a refresher about the Merry Monday posts:  This year I made bulk cards, 6 of each design, in 12 different designs.  I've kept them fairly simple so they are easily produced and can be mailed with standard postage. I supply some of my family with their cards, they each got a pack of 12 different cards.

Here are 2 more of my bulk Christmas cards made for this year.

Recipe:
CTMH White Daisy cardstock

Merry Monday 2010 #3

Merry Monday #3!

Has another week gone by already?  I have been having back pain issues lately, and have been in a pain-killer-induced-fog for much of the past month...so, when I see another week has gone by and I really haven't accomplished much except to go to work and get the odd meal on the table...I get a little stressed, with Christmas coming in less than a month! I wish I had a maid...and a cook...and a personal massage therapist...and someone to put my Christmas decorations up....and heck why not throw in a personal shopper? I haven't got much crafting done lately, am having withdrawal symptoms (from crafting, not from the pills!).

At least I got my Christmas cards done early this year!

Merry Monday 2010 #1

I've been working on Christmas cards (who hasn't??), but I was smart this year...
Last year, I was scrambling to get all my cards done by Thanksgiving, as I give my Mom, my sisters and my hubby's Aunt a boxed set of cards as an early Christmas gift (see post HERE for the story and last year's cards)

This year, I got a head start on my cards, so I'm ahead of schedule. YAY me!

I've decided to start a MERRY MONDAY post to share my 2010 cards with you. I'll be posting Christmas cards every Monday until Christmas. I made 6 each of 12 different cards, and as these are to be mailed I kept them standard A2 size and limited the embellishments so they aren't bulky. I'll try to post recipes if I can remember what I used...this has been a 3 month project.
